We offer shipping within Mauritius and Rodrigues only.

Shipping to Mauritius

All orders are dispatched once payment & packing have been completed.

We have partnered with FZ PICKUP DELIVERY SE LTD for Home or Office delivery. Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 business days, depending on customer availability.

  • Note: FZ PICKUP DELIVERY SE LTD does not deliver on Sunday.
  • Customers must provide a correct address and ensure someone is available to collect the parcel.
  • The driver will call 30 minutes before delivery. If calls are missed:
    • They will call again on the next scheduled day.
    • If both attempts fail, the parcel is returned.
    • Redelivery costs Rs150, or you may pick it up at the shop.
  • For changes in the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at 58065517 .

Shipping to Rodrigues

All parcels are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days and processed via Mauritius Post Office.

Delivery to Rodrigues typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on transport availability.

We do not offer air shipping to Rodrigues because costs range from Rs300 to Rs800, depending on weight.

Refund Policy

We provide Return or Refund if:

  • An item suddenly got out of stock.
  • We sent the wrong items.
  • A product is broken, leaked, or expired.
  • There is a proper explanation behind the Return or Refund request.

We don't provide Return or Refund if:

  • Customer is willing to DISCARD a product, if the parcel has already been packed.
  • Exchange a product for another one, once parcel has reached the customer or packed.
  • Product has been tested or used.
  • If you find it elsewhere, and willing to request refund upon purchased
